This February, the International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID) is launching a special fundraising campaign to support its ongoing work in infectious diseases, education, research, and global health collaboration.
With a goal of raising $250,000, the campaign aims to continue empowering infectious disease professionals worldwide and strengthening responses to current and emerging infectious disease threats.
Funds raised will help ISID to:
• Strengthen outbreak detection and response through ProMED
• Provide education and resources to early-career researchers, scientists, clinicians, and public health professionals globally
• Support collaboration in infectious diseases and One Health
• Promote equitable access to knowledge in resource-limited regions
As a thank you to supporters, all donors who contribute in February will be entered into a raffle to win a complimentary registration to ICID 2026 in Madrid, Spain, taking place November 10–13, 2026.
All donors will receive one raffle entry, with a one-time bonus entry for donations of $100 or more (regardless of the number of qualifying donations).
Complimentary registration does not include travel or accommodation.
