- Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with current and potential funders.
- Track partnership performance and ensure fulfillment of ISID’s obligations, reporting impact and outcomes clearly to sponsors.
- Work across departments to integrate development efforts into ISID’s broader programmatic strategy.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to close high-value, multi-year partnerships.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit funding models and revenue diversification strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans, including major gifts, individual giving, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with external partners, including businesses, organizations, and individuals, to achieve mutual goals.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, ensuring their continued engagement and support.
- Oversee the grant application process, from research and proposal development to reporting and compliance.
- Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth through strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a mission-driven, remote-friendly environment.
- Comfort with a commission-based compensation model and results-oriented metrics.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
